摘要 寰椎骨折是临床上比较少见的一种颈椎损伤 ,人们对它的认识是在不断变化和深入的。本文综述了近年来对寰椎骨折的研究 ,尤其是诊断和治疗方面的一些进展。 Atlas fracture is a rare lesion occurred in cervical vertebrae. This review summarize the new approach about the classification, etiological factors, clinical manifestations, diagnosis methods and treatments of the disease.
