摘要
目的 :探讨Prader 5型女性假两性畸形特征及矫治手术。方法 :观察 6例患者畸形特征 ,并针对患者的畸形特征行矫治术。结果 :本组手术均成功。结论 :Prader 5型女性假两性畸形特征有 :(1)大阴唇融合似阴囊 ;阴道、尿道合而为一 ,并向阴蒂方向延伸 ;(2 )阴蒂肥大并向耻骨方向移位 ;(3)阴道外口或阴道中下段狭窄 ;(4)小阴唇较小并移位于阴蒂两旁。针对畸形特征设计的女性假两性畸性矫治术 ,操作简单 。
Objective: To explore the features and operational wise of the Prader type 5 in woman imitation bisexual malformation.Methods: Observing the features of malformation of 6 cases, and operating the 6 cases on their features of malformation.Results: The operations to the 6 cases are successful.Conclusion: The features of the Prader type 5:(1) The large labia of vulva mix together so that its seeming is like scrotum. The vagina and urethra merge into one, and then they open on front at apex of the penis muliebria. (2)The penis muliebria is large and it is shifted to pubis. (3) The exterior entrance or the middle and lower passage of vagina are narrow. (4)The small labia of vulva are smaller and shifted to both sides of penis muliebria. It is simple to do the orthotherapy of woman imitation bisexual malformation on the features of malformation and the results are good.
