摘要
银屑病是一种常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,其病因不明、发病机制不清,病情易反复发作,严重影响患者的生活质量。大量研究结果显示,银屑病患者体内内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)含量明显高于健康正常人。因此,ET-1在银屑病发生、发展过程中的作用越来越受到重视;研究ET-1与银屑病的相互关系对银屑病病情评估和防治有一定的参考价值。本文就ET-1与银屑病的关系的研究进展做一综述,旨在为银屑病的防治提供参考。
Psoriasis is a kind of common chronic inflammatory skin disease, its etiology is still unknown, nor does its patho- genesis. Multiple researches show that the contents of endothelin（ET--1） of patients with psoriasis are much higher than healthy people. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the affects of ET--1 in the occurrence and develop- ment in the process of psoriasis ~ it has certain reference value about the assessments, preventions and treatments of psoria- sis by studying the relationship between ET-- 1 and psoriasis. The relationship between ET-- 1 and psoriasis is to be reviewed in this paper, aiming to provide preventions and treatments for patients with psoriasis.
