摘要
卫勤管理改革是建设现代卫勤的重要组成部分。基于精细化管理视角,在对军队院校门诊部卫勤管理现状和改革需求进行分析的基础上,提出科学性与操作性并重的精细化管理举措,为军队基层卫生机构推行精细化管理提供借鉴。
Health service management reform is an important part of modern health service construction.Based on a careful analysis of the present health service management and the requirement for the reform of outpatient department of military colleges from the perspective of refined management,the article proposed a kind of refined management that is both scientific and operable,aiming at providing references for popularizing refined management in military grass-root medical institutions.
