摘要
对和谐医患关系的主体即政府部门、医疗机构和患者三方关系进行分析,构建一种以患者为中心的新型医患关系管理模式。本文认为政府与医疗机构和患者之间具有行政关系,医疗机构与患者之间具有伦理关系、经济关系和法律关系。建立诚信、友好、和谐的医患关系,只有通过政府部门、医疗机构、患者及社会各界的共同努力,才能从根本上改善医患矛盾。
The purpose of the article is to make subject analysis on harmonious doctor-patient relationship involving the three parts: government, medical institutions and patients and construct a new type of management mode of patient-oriented relationship. The author of the article believes that the relation between government and medical institutions and patients is an administrative one, and the relation between medical institutions and patients is ethnical, economic and legal one. Only the co-effort from governmental departments, medical institutions, patients and various circles of society can fundamentally alleviate the contradiction between doctor and patient.
