摘要
随着各地电力科研院所的快速发展,其零星维修的工作量明显增加,质量问题也随之凸显。论文分析了电力科研院所零星维修质量管理存在的主要问题,从管理制度、工作计划、质量分级管理、信息档案管理、人员培训等6个方面提出加强质量管理的策略,为各地电力科研院所零星维修质量管理工作提供参考。
With the rapid development of electric power research institutes in various areas,their sporadic maintenance workload has increased significantly,and the quality problems have also become prominent.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the quality management of sporadic maintenance in electric power research institutes,and puts forward the strategies to strengthen the quality management from six aspects:management system,work plan,quality hierarchical management,information archives management,personnel training and so on,so as to provide a reference for the quality management work of sporadic maintenance in electric power research institutes in various areas.
