摘要
国内常规火电厂汽轮机汽门严密性试验一般在额定转速3 000 r/min下进行,目前较新的研究成果是在转速为1 000r/min时进行试验。通过分析红沿河核电厂1号机组严密性试验过程,介绍了一种在盘车状态下进行汽门严密性试验的方法和判断标准,并对常规火电厂全速机和核电厂半速机汽门严密性试验的差异进行了比较。
Steam valve tightness test is mainly executed in normal speed 3 000 r/min in thermal power station. The latest research is to test in 1 000 r/min. Another test method and validating criterion for steam valve tightness test in gear turning mode is introduced based on the test process of the first unit of Hongyanhe nuclear power station. The testing procedure and validation criterion of thermal power plant full-speed turbine and nuclear power plant half-speed is analyzed. It's a new design and test procedure for steam value tightness test.
