摘要
自动主汽门、调门作为汽轮机最重要的设备,其可靠性、严密性直接影响到汽轮机的安全运行,汽轮机运行中发生跳机事故时,自动主汽门、调门一旦卡涩或严密性严重不合格,将会对汽轮发电机组造成毁灭性的损坏。重点对不同启动方式的汽轮机自动主汽门、调门的严密性试验方法进行探讨,找出电厂在执行中存在的问题,提出改进方法,确保汽轮机安全运行。
TV and CV act the most important equipment of turbine, its strictness and credibility will affect the safe operation of turbine directly. If the turbine trips in operation ,it will be attainted destructively when the TV and CV is blocked or unstrictness badly. This paper emphasisly analyses the ways of turbine TV and CV strictness test in ease of the difference start-up ways ,in order to find question in performance,bring the advance ways, ensure the turbine safe operation.
