摘要
使用高速盘车,可以取消汽动给水泵组的暖泵系统。但是目前国内一些电厂因为盘车装置不适应汽动给水泵组的运行条件,将盘车装置全盘否定。其实,汽动给水泵组很需要盘车装置,小汽机需要,给水泵更需要。高速盘车是很容易实现的,而且在国内已经实现了。分析了一般盘车装置为什么不能使用以及给水泵发生卡泵的原因,介绍了实现高速盘车的4个要点,该做法可适用于电厂。
Using the high speed barring gear will eliminate the warming system of the turbine driven boiler feed pump (T-BFP) set. However, since the barring equipment sometimes does not fit the operating condition of the T-BFP set, it has been rejected completely by some domestic power plants. In fact the T-BFP set is in much need of the barring equipment. High speed barring gear is easy to perform and it has already been performed at home. The reasons why the common barring equipments can no be used and why the BFP gets stuck were analyzed. The four major points for performing the high speed barring gear were introduced and the practice can be applied by power plants.
