摘要
创业信息资源对创业和创业型经济的可持续发展起着举足轻重的支撑和基础保障作用,在其共享过程中形成了较复杂的互动关系。为促进创业信息资源的充分共享和利用,在分析创业信息资源共享过程中的关键角色的构成及职能的基础上,对关键角色之间的关系进行了剖析,并阐述了关键角色的角色意识、互动关系及其对创业信息资源共享效果的影响,建立了关键角色关系模型,以期对建立以创业者为中心、兼顾角色互动关系和创业者反馈的信息资源共享模式有所助益。
As an important support and guarantee for the sustainable development in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial economy, a rela- tively complex interaction relationship is formed in the sharing process of entrepreneurship information resources （EIR）. In order to pro- mote the full sharing and utilization of EIR, based on the analysis of the composition and function of key roles in EIR sharing process, the paper analyzes the relationship between the key roles, expounds their role awareness, interaction relationship and its influence on EIR sha- ring effect, and establishes the key roles relationship model. The paper can be helpful in building an information resources sharing mode that focuses on entrepreneurs, gives considerations to the interaction relationship of key roles and the feedbacks of entrepreneurs.
