摘要
本文在分析电子政务信息资源及其特性、电子政务信息资源共享及其本质、电子政务信息资源共享的主体及其关系的基础上,发现了电子政务信息资源共享的动力机制,并认为社会需求、社会利益、政府权力、社会竞争和道德精神是推动电子政务信息资源共享的主要社会动力。
This paper analyzes E-government information resources and its characters,E-government information resources sharing and its essence,the subject of E-government information resources sharing and the relationship among them,we finds out the motive mechanism of information resources sharing,and thinks that social demand,social benefit,government power,social competition and morals are the main social motive of E-government information resources sharing.
