摘要
本文首先提出了网络信息资源建设与配置的效率问题,接着探讨了网络信息资源建设与配置的调控手段中所蕴涵的效率因素,并对造成效率低下的原因进行了分析,最后提出了基于效率导向的网络信息资源建设与配置调控手段的优化对策。
This paper proposes the problem of efficiency of network information resources allocation, discusses the efficiency factors in measures of regulating and controlling for network information resources allocation, analyzes the facts of low efficiency in these measures of regulating and controlling for network information resources allocation. And at last, the paper proposes some countermeasures based on the guidance of efficiency to solve these problems.
