摘要
介绍了一种采用PIN半导体探测器和近距离无线通信技术(NFC)的X-γ个人剂量计。这两种技术极大地降低了系统功耗,使仪器连续测量时间达到650 h。该仪器采用低功耗单片机MSP430FG4619作为主控单元,具有体积小、灵敏度高、量程宽、线性度好、功耗低、操作便捷等特点,能较好地满足核电站等特殊场合对剂量管理的需求。
The paper introduces a X - γ personal dosimeter integrated Pin semiconductor detector and near field cornmunieation RF technology, which greatly save system power consumption and allow dosimeter working time up to 650 hours. The dosimeter uses ultra - low power MCU MSP430FG4619 as its processor and possesses some features such as portable, high sensitivity, wide measure range, fine linearity, convenient to use and etc. It serves some special situation's demand on dosage management, such as nuclear power station and etc.
