摘要 为满足超长待机及狭小空间的需要,设计一种腕式X-γ个人剂量计研制方案。根据X-γ射线入射到半导体探测器的工作原理,选用半导体探测器进行探测,采用软封装表用超低功耗单片机完成硬件设计,通过FLUKE17B+型万用表对腕式个人剂量计的功耗进行测试。实验结果表明:该个人剂量计的剂量当量率相对固有误差小于±20%,能量响应误差小于±25%,能够保护涉核人员避免过量核辐射伤害,并满足剂量管理的需求。 To satisfy the needs of ultra-long standby and narrow space,a plan of wrist X-γpersonal dosimeter was designed.According to the principle of the X-γradiation incident on the semiconductor,the semiconductor detector is selected for detection,and the hardware design is completed with an ultra-low power MCU using a soft sealed package,to test the power consumption of the personal dosimeter by FLUKE 17B+multimeter.The tests shows the maxim dose rate error is no more than±20%and the maxim energy response error is no more than 25%.It can protect nuclear-related personnel avoid radiation injury and meet the requirements for dose management.
