摘要
用水中蒸馏法、水上蒸馏法和超声波水中蒸馏法提取山苍子精油,通过化学法分离出柠檬醛,用正交实验探索提取柠檬醛的最佳条件。结果表明,超声波水中蒸馏法能更好的提取山苍子油,最佳条件为:超声时间25 min,温度100℃;分离柠檬醛的最优条件为(以1 mL山苍子油为原料基准):控制温度0℃,静置60 min,NaHSO3饱和溶液6 mL,NaOH(10%)溶液30 mL,提取率达90%。
The litsea cubeba essential oils extracting was studied by conventional distillation method, such as in-water distillation, over-water distillation and ultrasound assisted in-water distillation technology. After extracting the essential oils, the citral was separated from the oil with using chemical method, and explored the optimal conditions from extraction of citral using the orthogonal test. The results show that ultrasound assisted in-water distillation providing better extraction efficiency. The optimum conditions are ultraphonic treatment 25 min and temperature 100 ℃. In addition, the optimal conditions for separation of citral (1 mL of litsea cubeba oil as raw material basis) are confirmed as follows:NariS03 saturated solution 6 mL,NaOI4 ( 10% ) solution 30 mL,reaction temperature 0 ℃, standing time 60 rain, and the extrac- tion efficiency is 90%.
