摘要
农村幼儿教师"培养—培训"一体化建设关系到农村幼儿教师师资队伍建设,关系到农村学前教育的发展水平,更关系到我国学前教育的整体发展。然而,当前我国农村幼儿教师"培养—培训"一体化建设仍存在较多问题。在今后的幼儿教师"培养—培训"一体化建设工作中,要注重幼儿教师"培养—培训"理念的一体化、课程的一体化、机构的一体化及制度的一体化等问题。
Education and training integration model of preschool teachers in rural areas is significant to the construction of preschool teaching personnel, the improvement of rural pre-school education, and even to the overall development of China' s pre-school education. However, many problems obstruct preschool teachers "education-training" integrated construction. We need to focus on the integration of concept, curriculum and system in pre-school teachers "education-training" integrated construction.
