股骨近端空心钉锁定板内固定治疗股骨颈骨折临床分析 被引量：10

摘要 目的观察股骨近端空心钉锁定板内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法35例股骨颈骨折均行股骨近端空心钉锁定板内固定术。结果术后22例骨折一期愈合，随访6～12个月，未见股骨头坏死退钉，效果良好。13例股骨颈头下型骨折出现不同程度的股骨头坏死，股骨头囊性变或塌陷，螺钉暴露于关节腔，但未出现退钉及断钉。结论采用股骨近端空心钉锁定板内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折创伤小、手术时间短，患肢能早期扶双拐不负重活动，股骨头坏死率明显降低。
