股骨粗隆部锁定小钢板内固定治疗成人股骨颈骨折

摘要 目的探讨股骨粗隆部锁定小钢板内固定治疗成人股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法笔者自2014-09—2016-10采用股骨粗隆部锁定小钢板内固定治疗14例成人股骨颈骨折,术前患肢给予皮肤牵引或胫骨结节骨牵引,采用Harris评分评价术后髋关节功能。结果本组获得6~18个月随访,平均14个月。切口均一期愈合,股骨颈骨折复位良好,内固定物位置良好,固定牢固,无断钉、退钉和松动现象。末次随访疗效按照Harris评分评定:优9例,良2例,可3例。结论股骨粗隆部锁定小钢板内固定治疗成人股骨颈骨折,手术创伤小、出血少、固定牢固。
