种子引发对辣椒和茄子种子在不同温度下萌发和出苗的影响 被引量:17

Effects of seed priming on seed germination and emergence of pepper and eggplant at different temperature

摘要 研究了蛭石引发和KNO_3渗透引发对辣椒和茄子种子在不同温度下萌发和出苗的影响。结果表明:种子引发提高了辣椒和茄子种子在不同温度下的萌发和出苗特性,温度越低,效果越显著。与对照相比,在昼温20℃/夜温15℃时,蛭石引发处理后辣椒和茄子种子的发芽势提高了53.3%—82.0%,发芽指数提高了3.1—6.8,活力指数提高了0.1—0.3,出苗率提高了25.7%—57.1%,出苗指数提高了0.8—2.3,鲜重增加了0.80—0.89 g,平均出苗时间提前了2.9—4.9 d;KNO_3渗透引发处理后辣椒和茄子种子的出苗率提高了5.7%—17.1%,差异达显著水平。蛭石引发效果好于KNO_3渗透引发。 The effects of solid matrix priming with vermiculite or osmopriming with KN03 on seed germination and emergence of pepper and eggplant at different temperature were studied in the paper. The results showed that priming improved seed germination and emergence of pepper and eggplant at different temperature. The lower the temperature, the more significant the effect was. Compared with control, solid matrix priming with vermiculite significantly improved seed germination vigor of pepper and eggplant 53.3%-82.0%, germination index 3.1-6.8, vitality index 0. 1-0.3, emergence percentage 25.7%-57. 1% , seedling emergence index 0. 8-2.3, fresh weight of seedling 0. 80-0.89 g and the average seedling emergence time was advanced 2.9- 4.9 d at 20℃ day/15℃ night. Osmopriming with KNO3 significantly improved seed emergence percentage of pepper and eggplant 5.7%-17. 1%. Effect of solid matrix priming with vermiculite was better than that of osmopriming with KNO3.
