摘要
目的 探索婴儿脑电图中呼吸频率曲线记录的新方法。方法 采用铜-康铜热电偶温度传感器,利用呼吸气流对传感器温度的改变,将温度变化转换为电压信号,经放大处理,获得呼吸频率曲线。结果 克服了传统方法用于婴儿临床的各种问题,不仅能真实反映呼吸频率,且制作简单、成本低廉、操作方便,使用安全。结论 该技术是婴儿脑电图中记录呼吸频率曲线的实用方法。
:Objectives To explore the new method to record the breath frequency curve of EEG in infant. Methods Using copper-constantan thermocouple as the temperature sensor , the change of the temperature on the respiratory tract vent can be transformed into voltage signals. By means of the treatment of amplifier the breath frequency curve of infant can be recorded. Results This method not only overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional method, but is more sensitive, more manageable, less costly and easier to operate. Conclusion This is one of the best methods to record the breath frequency curve in infant electroencephalogram.
