摘要
本文报告了29例CT引导的脑干病变(肿瘤24例,出血5例)立体定向手术,除2例术后死亡,2例病情加重外,其余均获得良好疗效,结果表明该方法对脑干干扰较小,并发症少,手术操作简单,效果较好,是治疗脑干病变的一种有效的实用方法.
A retrospective analysis stereotactic operation of 29 patients with brain stem tumor(24 cases) and brain stem spoplexy (5 cases) was reported. Two patients died of postoperativecomplications, two patients showed some progression of symptoms. The outcome of the remainingpatients was satifaetory. The authors eonsidered this operation had less damage to brain stemfunction. less complications and simple operative technique, and it had good treated effection forthe brain stem disease. We make sure of this operation is a effective and practical treatment inbrain stem disease.
