摘要
人在呼吸过程中,由于各种因素影响,胸部阻抗会发生变化,利用这种变化可间接地观测呼吸活动。本文介绍一种利用阻抗变化进行呼吸监测的方法及系统。作者进行了动物实验,在狗身上做了阻抗变化量与潮气量的相关性研究,最后将监测系统进行临床应用。实验结果表明这种方法与系统具有实际应用价值。
During ventilating, the impedance of the chest will be changed by the influence of many factors. With tetrapolar electrical impedance plethysmography, one could obtain this variation and monitor respiratory indirectly. On the basis of this method, we designed a system for monitoring respiratory function by impedance pneumograph. It not only can record impedance plethysmography. but through calibration can also show tidal volume and respiratory rate in either static or dynamic state. We also studied the correlation between respiratory impedance change and ventilation volume. The result of animal experiment showed its excellent performance.Finally, we used the recorder clinically and the rsult showed the reliability and applicability of this method and the instrument.
