摘要
目的探讨电针对大鼠肾缺血-再灌注(I-R)损伤的影响。方法 30只大鼠随机均分为假手术(A组)、I-R模型(B组)和I-R模型+电针治疗(C组)三组。C组术后即刻选取"肾俞"和"涌泉"穴电针治疗,频率为2Hz,强度以大鼠尾巴轻微颤动为宜,持续30min。再灌注24h后检测血清肌酐(SCr)和血尿素氮(BUN)评价肾功能变化,TUNEL法检测肾组织细胞凋亡率,HE染色观察肾组织形态结构。结果与A组相比,B、C组SCr和BUN升高(P<0.01),细胞凋亡率增加(P<0.01),肾脏病理结构损害明显;但C组SCr和BUN低于B组(P<0.01),细胞凋亡率减少(P<0.01),肾脏病理结构损害亦减轻。结论电针刺激"肾俞"和"涌泉"穴对大鼠肾I-R损伤所致的肾功能损害具有显著的保护作用;该作用可能与电针抑制细胞凋亡有关。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of electroacupuncture at "Shenshu" (BL23)and "Yongquan"(KI1)in rats with renal ischemia-reperfusion(I-R) injury. Methods Thirty male SD rats were equally randomized into three groups of A(sham operated), B(renal I-R model) and C(renal I-R model plus electroacupuncture). Immediately after renal I-R injury, the acupoints of Shenshu(BL23) and Yongquan(KII) were pricked at 2 Hz frequency for 30 minutes in group C. At 24 h after reperfusion, serum creatinine(SCr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) were measured, renal cell apoptosis was detected by TUNEL method, and kidney pathological structure was observed. Results The SCr, BUN and apoptosis rate were higher in groups of B and C than those in group A(P〈0.01), which were lower in group C than those in group B(P〈0. 01). The renal pathological damage was slighter in group C than that in group . Conclusion Electroacupuncture at BL23 and KI1 Significantly reduces renal I-R injury,which may be related to the inhibition of cell apoptosis.
