摘要
阐述了焙烤食品加工技术课程的特点,在此基础上对课程的教学现状进行分析,结合几年来的教学实践,提出了细化教学内容、改进教学方法、改革考核模式、按需培养等加强教学改革的措施。
In this paper,based on the features of the baking food processing technology course,the present situation of course teaching was analyzed. Combined with several years of teaching practice, some measures and methods were put forward, such as refining teaching content, improving teaching methods ,reform assessment system, according to the need to cultivate.
