摘要
高新技术产业作为合肥市经济发展中重要的组成部分,知识型员工构成高新技术产业创新的主体,对高新技术产业发展具有举足轻重的作用。在分析合肥市高新技术产业知识型员工开发中存在的问题的基础上,结合知识型员工的特点,从政府、企业等角度提出吸引、留住与开发知识型员工的措施。
The high-tech industry is an important part of the economic development in Hefei city. The knowledge workers are the main body of the high-tech industry, which have the effect of playing decisive roles in the development of high-tech industry. It analyzes problems about knowledge workers of high-tech industries in Hefei city, and proposes measures to attract and retain knowledge workers combining with the characteristics of knowledge.
