摘要
针对空调管路振动的特性问题,采用Solidworks软件建立了空调管路三维实体模型,利用ANSYS软件建立其有限元动力学分析模型,计算分析了固有频率与振型等振动性能,提出了一种通过增加约束条件对空调管路的固有振动特性进行优化设计的方法。通过在空调管路中不同部位处施加约束位移,并对4种优化方案进行分析比较,获得最佳优化结果。研究结果表明,在空调管路干燥过滤器上下部位同时增加约束条件,分析出所有固有频率均脱离0~150Hz低频区域,一定程度上不受外力激励干扰,振型方面空调管路振动幅度也得到了有效抑制。这种改变约束条件实现空调管路抗振特性的设计方法有效、可行,具有重要的工程价值。
Aiming at vibration problem on air-conditioner pipeline, the 3D modeling of air-conditioner pipeline is estab- lished, and FEM dynamic model is established by using the ANSYS software, the modal analysis is simulated, an optimiza- tion design methodology by changing constraints is proposed for enhancing vibration performance of the air-conditioner pipe- line in this paper. By adding constraint conditions on the upper and lower partsi of the'drying filter in the pipeline simultane- ously, all the natural frequency are larger than 150 Hz, and air-conditioner pipeline ,vibration amplitude are also effectively suppressed. The result shows that this optimization methodology is feasible and reference significance.
