摘要
针对三相压缩机启动时,冲击载荷大,导致管路应力超标,影响空调系统可靠性的问题,从分析压缩机启动时,电机的电磁力矩着手,得出作用在管路系统上的力矩,并用有限元方法,分析该冲击力矩作用下的应力分布,并同实际测试进行对比。针对开机应变超标的情况,应用脉冲载荷作用下,系统响应的特点,给出改进方向,确定结构后,对改进后的结构进行了测试,满足标准要求。
For three - phase compressor is started , the impact load is big , lead to excessive piping stress,affect the reliability of air conditioning system,from the analysis of the compressor starts,electromagnetic torque of the motor,it is concluded that the moment of acting in a piping system,using the finite element method,the analysis of the impact torque under the action of stress distribution,and compared with the actual test. In the presence of boot strain levels , application under pulse loading , the characteristics of the system response , give improvement direction ,determine the structure,the structure of the improved testing,meet the standard requirements.
