摘要
研究了齿轮的固有振动特性,运用Pro/E软件建立了直齿圆柱齿轮的参数化模型,通过与有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench的无缝接口将其导入进行模态分析,得出齿轮的固有频率和主振型。通过模态分析可知,在齿轮结构设计中,应避开系统的固有频率,从而避免齿轮在工作中发生共振而使传动系统产生故障,同时模态分析也为齿轮其他动力学分析提供了依据。
The natural vibration characteristics of gear are studied .The parametric model of gear is established through 3D design software Pro/E .The model is inputted into the ANSYS Workbench by the interface for Pro/E and ANSYS Workbench ,and gear modal analysis is conducted .The natural frequency and model shape of gear are extracted .Modal analysis results show that the structural design of the gear should avoid its natural frequency ,in order to avoid the resonance phenomenon of gear in the transmission system .And modal analysis also provides a reference for the other dynamic analysis of the gear .
