摘要
目的:对不同采收期及药用部位的无花果中微量元素含量进行考察。方法:用原子吸收分光光度法测定无花果中Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Se、Cd、Pd的含量。结果:不同采收期、不同药用部位均对无花果中微量元素有显著性影响。结论:近成熟期采摘,去果柄的无花果微量元素含量最高。
Objective：To study the content of trace elements of Wuhuaguo in different growing time and medicinal parts.Method：To detemined seven trace elements（Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Se、Cd、Pd） of Wuhuaguo with atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results：The different growing time and medicinal parts all have obvious effect on the above saccharides.Conclusion：The results show,that the optimum collected time of Wuhuaguo is close maturing and remove the stems.
