八段锦对习练者亚健康状况影响的调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨八段锦对习练者亚健康状况的改善作用,为八段锦作为养生保健操的推广应用提出一些实证依据。方法本研究在文献检索分析的基础上,采用了问卷调查、个案访谈和统计分析的方法。结果习练八段锦者自述在习练前后的身体抵抗力、注意力、疲倦、乏力、犯困、腰腿痛、关节痛、睡眠以及情绪等方面都有显著改善,八段锦习练时间与习练者部分身心健康指标的改善之间存在着显著的相关性(P<0.05)。结论习练八段锦对习练者身心状况的改善有积极的促进作用;八段锦动作简单易操作,容易被民众所接受,是值得推广的养生保健操。 Objective The Baduanjin's improved effects on sub-health practicers are discussed.The empirical bases for the application and popularization of Baduanjin as healthy exercises are proposed. Methods Based on the thesis analyses,questionnaire survey,case interviews and statistics analyses are adopted in this study. Results After practicing Baduanjln,there was a significant difference in physical and mental indicators,including the body resistan ce,concentration,fatigue,drowsiness,the waist and leg pain,joint pain,sleep quality,emotion,according to the indication of Baduanjin practicers.The frequency,duration and span of practicing Baduanjin were significantly related to the improvement of certain physical and mental health indicators. Conclusion The results suggest that Baduanjln has a positive effect on the improvement of physical and mental conditions;meanwhile,the movement of Baduanjin is simple and easy,and it is easily accepted by people.Therefore,Baduanjin is a healthy exercise worthy of promoting.
