摘要
目的研究八段锦锻炼结合糖尿病健康教育和饮食控制等综合措施对糖尿病亚健康状态血糖的干预作用。方法将175例研究对象按年龄分2层,每层分为对照、健康教育、八段锦3组,3组分别采取不同的干预措施,分别于实验开始、3个月、6个月进行相关指标的检测。结果糖尿病总发生率为6.29%。对照组、健康教育组、八段锦组空腹血糖恢复正常率分别为11.86%、65.00%,69.64%;OGTT餐后2小时血糖转化为正常率分别为6.78%、15.00%、48.21%。试验者随访3个月后2层的八段锦组、健康教育组的方法均有降空腹血糖作用,随访6个月后,八段锦组、健康教育组平均空腹血糖已达正常水平,2组效果差异没有显著性;35～55岁年龄的八段锦、健康教育组者的OGTT餐后2小时血糖下降,平均值达正常水平,且八段锦组效果优于健康教育组。结论八段锦锻炼结合糖尿病健康教育对空腹血糖和OGTT餐后2小时血糖均有降低作用,且八段锦组效果优于健康教育组。
OBJECTIVE Research the intervention with Baduanjin exercise combine with diabetes mellitus healthy education and diet control and so on to the plasma glucose of diabetes mellitus subheahhy state. METHODS Apart the 175 research human from 2 layers according to their age, each layer divide into blank compare group, health education group, Baduanjin group. Each group should be used different intervene, check and measure the relevance target at the beginning of the experiment, the third month and the sixth month. RESULTS The total rate of diabetes mellitus is 6.29%. The compare group, the healthy education group and Baduanjin group rat of fasting plasma glucose turn to normal is 11.86%, 65.00%, 69.64% ; the OGTr 2 hour plasma glucose turn to normal is 6.78%, 15.00%, 48.21%.The three months later two layers of Baduanjin and healthy education group which both can reduce fasting plasma glucose. The six months later, the average of fasting plasma glucose all turn to normal level, the effect of these two groups have no obvious significance. The age between 35 to 55 of Baduanjin and healthy education group, the OGTT 2 hour plasma glucose all reduce, the advantage turn to normal level, further more, the effect of Baduanjin group is more superior to the healthy education group. CONCLUSIONS Baduanjin exercise combine with diabetes mellitus healthy education is effective to reduce the fasting plasma glucose and OGTT 2 hour plasma glucose, further more, the effect of Baduanjin group is superior to the healthy education group.
