摘要
在垂直专业化国际分工背景下,企业的创新行为不仅受行业内企业的影响,而且受到纵向关联的上、下游企业行为的影响。首先梳理纵向结构对企业创新影响的相关文献,然后分析横向一体化、纵向一体化对企业创新的影响,最后对纵向结构和企业创新的相关研究作简要评论。
In the context of vertical specialization, firm innovation is influenced not only by inter - industry enterprises, but also by the vertical related firms＇ behavior. First the article has organized the literature on vertical structure and enterprise innovation, then analyzed the influence of horizontal integration and vertical integration on firm innovation. Finally, the article has made a brief comment on the the research of vertical structure and firm innovation.
