竞争条件下纵向合作创新企业的联盟策略 被引量:21

Alliance strategy of vertical cooperation innovation enterprises under the condition of competition

摘要 基于Samiran Banerjee和Ping Lin的纵向合作创新模型,通过引入上游企业间双寡头竞争关系和创新成本函数,探讨在产业链上游双寡头竞争条件下,当以过程创新为目的上游创新企业的研发成本分担比例一定时,上游创新企业与下游成员企业的联盟策略,及其对四类企业利润函数的影响.研究表明:上游创新企业的合作创新活动不仅可以提高合作创新联盟企业的利润,而且下游非成员企业也会从中受益,从而使行业总利润得到提升. Based on the vertical cooperation innovation model which was proposed by Samiran Banerjee and Ping Lin,this paper aims at introducing an innovation cost function and duopoly competition relationship among upstream enterprises in the model.It investigates the following two problems:one is that alliance strategy between upstream innovation enterprises and downstream member enterprises;the other is how this strategy influences these four types of enterprise profit function at the time,when the percentage of upstream innovation enterprises' RD cost is fixed under the condition of duopoly competition. Finally,this paper concludes that their cooperation innovation activities can not only increase cooperation innovation allied enterprises' profit,but also help downstream non-member enterprises benefit from it,and the gross profit of this industry can be improved consequently.
