摘要
基于数据包络分析技术建立综合效益评估模型，通过计算英国2000～2010年间7家配电企业的技术和资源配置效益，得出在第一阶段（2000／01—2005／06）和第二阶段（2005／06～2009／10）配电价格审查时期，改进的效益评估模型更有利于引导企业合理配置配电资源，提高供电服务水平。
An integrated benefit evaluation model is established based on data envelopment analysis （DEA） technolo- gy. Through the analysis of technology and resource allocation efficiency in seven power distribution companies in the UK from 2000 to 2010 （2000/01 - 2005/06 and 2005/06 - 2009/10 as the first and second distribution price review period respectively）, it is concluded that the improved benefit evaluation model is more conducive to guiding enterpri- ses to achieve reasonable distribution resources allocation and improve power supply services
