摘要
以农电配电企业为研究对象,选择重庆地区配电企业为样本,采用基于松弛测度数据包络分析的方法,对农电配电企业的运营效率特别是与国电配电企业的效率差异进行了实证分析。结果显示,农电配电企业运作效率显著低于国电配电企业。研究结论为农村电力体制改革过程中提升农电企业效益和效率的政策方向提供了实证依据。
This paper studies the rural power companies of Chongqing Area,using the Data Envelopment Analysis method（DEA） based on slacks measure to analyze the difference between the rural electricity distribution company and the state-owned electricity distribution company.The result shows that the operation performance of rural electricity distribution company is significantly lower than that of state-owned distribution company.The research can guide how to promote the performance of rural electricity distribution companies during the reform.
