寄生于粘虫的卵索线虫属一新种——中华卵索线虫(线虫纲:索科) 被引量:15

A NEW SPECIES OF PARASITIC NEMATODE OF ARMY WORM: OVOMERMIS SINENSIS SP. NOV. (NEMATODA: MERMITHIDAE)

摘要 本文报道从河南省驻马店地区和山东省临沂地区麦田内采集的粘虫幼虫的寄生线虫优势种卵索线虫属一新种,命名为中华卵索线虫,新种Ovomermis sinensis sp.nov. A species of parasitic nematode was collected from the infected larvae of army worm (Mythimna separata Walker) in Zhu Ma Dian Prefecture, Henan Province and Lin Yi Prefecture, Shangdong Province (about 32° -35° N, 114°-119° E) in 1983-1986, It is identified as a new species of genus Ovomermis Rubzov, 1976,Ovomermis sinensis sp. nov. (figs. 1-15).Measurements are in micrometer unless otherwise indicated.Adults Body elongate, white in colour, tapered in the head region and tail region, blun- tly rounded at anterior end and posterior end; a shallow constriction in female head region. Cross fibers present in the cuticle, six hypodermal chords; mouth opening terminat; six cephalic papillae arranged in one plane on the left and right sides; amphids small in size, bacl-lliform, situated near the dorsal bases of lareral cephalic papillae; a small oblate chamber located at the midregion of lateral cephalic papilla of male adult, the amphidial opening placed behind and dorsal to the small oblate chamber.A pair of cervical papillae formed by narrow tubes, ear shaped, situated laterally, close behind the head, with some ducts leading to the surface of cuticle, Esophagus relatively short and less folded; nerve ring well developed; excretory pore not observed. Vulva elevated slightly, long shuttle shaped or winding fissure shaped, located posterior to midbody region; vagina U-shaped, anterior region expanding a vul-val cone with inner cavity crisscross form. Female and male genital tubes didymous. A papilla located at the ventral side of posterior part of female adult, has an indistinct tube which perhaps is the residue of anus. Spicules paired, curved slightly, shorter than the body width at cloaca and the tail length; cloaca pore flat-oblong.Female(n = 16) Body length 192(114-238)mm; body width at the level of cephalic papillae 75.8(58.3-89.9), at nerve ring 156.9(136.8-187.1), at vulva 330.8(264-407) and at the posterior end of trophosome 236.6(175.2-298.9), giving a ratio of 1:2.1:4.4:3.1. Distance from nerve ring to mouth 345(300-399) of which the ratio to body length = 0.0018. Amphid 6(4.9-7.7) × 1.9(1.4-2.4). Cuticle thinkness at the level of cephalic papillae 5.9(2.4-9.7), at nerve ring 10.9(9.7-16.8), at vagina 13.5(9.7-21.6) and at the posterior end of trophosome 17.5(12-24), giving a ratio of 1:1.8:2. 3: 3. Esophagus length 2(1.6-2.7)mm. Distance from the female caudal papilla to the tail terminal 276(213-388).Male(n = 24) Body length 83.8(55-124)mm; body width at the level of cephalic papillae 75.5(65.9-87.5), at nerve ring 119.6(104.9-133.7), at the midbody region 185.2(146.4-243), at cloaca 177.8 (151.3-203.5), giving a ratio of 1:1.6:2.5:2.4. Distance from nerve ring to mouth 334.2(312.1-366) of which the rario to body length = 0.004. Tail length 212.9(175.7-263.5). Esophagus length 1.3(0.6-2)mm. Amphid 7.1(5.8-7.7)×2.9(1.9-38). Cuticle thickness at the level of cephalic papillae 1.5(0.8-1.6), at nerve ring 2(1.2-2.4), at the midbody region 5.3(2.4-12.2) and at cloaca 3.8(1.2-14.6), giving a ratio of 1:1.3:3.4:2.5. Number of genital papillae 82(67-94), arranged in irregular 6 rows, spicule length 155.6(128.8-178.1) of which the ratio to body length = 0.0019. The greatest distance of the bases of two spicules 18.2(12-38.9).Type specimens holotype ♂, allotype ♀, paratypes 13 ♂♂, 8♀♀ are deposited in Biological Control Laboratory, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Beijing, China.Discussion According to table 1, Qvomermis sinensis is easily distinguished from O. al-bicans by its adult amphid situation, cervical papilla shape, valva and vagina forms, female caudal papilla and number of male genital papillae. 0. sinensis is also easily distinguished from O. sp. prope albicans by its adult body length, a,b,c values, female caudal papilla, spicule length and egg form.
