摘要
本文描述了从江苏省赣榆县苹果根围土壤中分离到的一矮化属线虫新种 Trylenchorhynchus malinusn.sp.新种主要特点是,虫体侧区有4条侧线,不规则网纹化.肠区有明显的肠纤维束,雌虫的肛后肠囊充满整个尾腔.尾端半球形,环纹化,有透明的角质膜增厚部分,约占尾长的1/4.该新种与Tclavicaudatus 最相似,区别是后者雌虫无肛后肠囊,唇环3环,尾端增厚约占尾长的35%.
Tylenchorhynchus malinus n.sp.from soil around roots of apple(Malus pumila Mill)in GanyuCounty,Jiangsu Province,China is describcd and figured.The new species is characterized by having fourincisures in the central and outer bands irrcgularly areolated;conspicuous intestinal fasciculi;the post analsac occupying the entire female tail cavity:tail cylindrical to slightly clavate,with 26-34 annules,tail ter-minus hcmisphcrical,annulated and with a thickened hyaline culticular portion occupying about 1/4 of taillength.T.malinus n.sp.is closest to T.clavicaudatus Scinhorst,1963,but T.clavicaudatus lacks a post analsac,hasonly 3 lip annules and has a more extensive hyaline rcgion(about 35% vs 25%)in the female tail.
