摘要
目的:观察益气固表为主辨治儿童分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例(109耳)分泌性中耳炎患儿随机分为治疗组30例(55耳)和对照组30例(54耳)。治疗组给予常规治疗结合益气固表通窍汤加减治疗,对照组给予常规治疗结合吉诺通治疗,疗程均为1个月。评价两组的临床疗效,并于疗程结束后随访3个月,记录两组的复发情况。结果:治疗组和对照组患耳的临床总有效率分别为90.9%和64.8%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组的复发率分别为4.0%和31.4%,治疗组的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气固表为主辨治儿童分泌性中耳炎疗效较好,且复发率低。
Objective： To observe the effects of replenishing qi and consolidating superficies method in treating secretory otitis media of children. Methods： Sixty children （109 ears） with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 30, 55 ears） and control group （n = 30, 54 ears）. The treatment group received conventional therapy combined with ＂Yiqi Guhiao Tongqiao Decoction＂, and the control group received conventional therapy combined with Gelomytol, with a course of one month. The clinical effect was evaluated, and the recurrence after treatment （ follow-up for 3 months ） was recorded. Results ： The clinical total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 90.9 % and 64.8 % respectively, with statistical difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The recurrence rates of treatment group and control group were 4.0% and 31.4% , with statistical difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Replenishing qi and consolidating superficies method has good effect in treating secretory otitis media of children, and can reduce the recurrence rate.
