摘要
目的观察益气固表中药治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法肺气虚寒、卫表不固型常年性变应性鼻炎患者60例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组以益气固表中药组成的抗敏玉屏风汤治疗;对照组用中成药辛芳鼻炎胶囊治疗,均连续服药14天,于疗程结束时评价疗效。结果治疗组显效13例(43.3%),有效14例(46.7%),总有效率90.0%;对照组显效5例(16.7%),有效14例(46.7%),总有效率63.3%。两组疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论益气固表中药治疗肺气虚寒、卫表不固型变应性鼻炎有显著临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of herbal medicines with the effects of Qi-boosting and exterior-securing on perennial allergic rhinitis （PRA）. Methods Sixty cases with PRA were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 in each. The cases in treating group （TG） were treated by Anti-allergy Jade Wind-Barrier Decoction （AAJWBD）, composed of herbal medicines with the effects of Qi-boosting and exterior-securing, and those in controlling group （CG） treated by Xinfang Rhinitis Capsule （XFRC）, all being treated for a continuing period of 14 days. Then, the therapeutic effects were evaluated after the treating course in a comparative way between the two groups. Results The significantly effective rate was 43.3 % （13/30） and the effective rate was 46.7% （14/30）, with a total effective rate of 90.0% among those of TG, while they were 16.7% （5/30）, 46.7 % （14/30） and 63.3 % respectively for those of CG. There was a significant difference present between the two groups in their therapeutic effects （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It should be true that the herbal medicines with the effects of Qi-boosting and exterior-securing hold significant therapeutic effect on PRA in the pattern of Lung Qi asthernia cold and defensive exterior insecurity.
