摘要
目的:研究远志复方不同提取物改善小鼠记忆的作用。方法:采用腹腔注射东莨菪碱造成小鼠学习记忆障碍模型。84只小鼠分为空白组、模型组、阳性组、汤剂组、水提物组、乙酸乙酯组、正丁醇组。通过跳台实验和检测大鼠脑组织乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)含量,研究远志复方不同提取物改善记忆的作用。结果:与模型组比较,跳台实验中各治疗组潜伏期延长(P<0.05,P<0.01),跳下次数减少(P<0.01),小鼠大脑皮层AchE含量降低(P<0.01)。结论:远志复方不同提取物可以显著提高小鼠记忆功能,且正丁醇提取物作用最明显。
Objective：To assess the effect of different solvent extracts from polygala compound on improving learning and memory abilities of mice. Methods：Learning and memory obstacle model mice were established by intraperitoneal injec- tion of scopolamine. 84 mice were randomly divided into blank group,model group,masculine group,decoction group, aqueous extract group, acetic ether group,n-butanol group.Effect of different solvent extracts from polygala compound on improving learning and memory abilities was observed by jumping stand test and determination of acetylcholine esterase （AchE）content. Results：Compared with model group,latent period was lengthened （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,jumping times were reduced（P〈0.01 ）,AchE content in cerebral cortex of mice was decreased in treatment groups（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Dif- ferent solvent extracts from polygala compound can significantly improve learning and memory abilities of mice, and n-bu- tanol extract has the most obviously function.
