摘要
为准确刻画装备系统事故的涌现过程,基于系统可靠性与安全性的相互关系,将系统危险划分为危害故障、危险属性、致命环境3个方面。从实体危险事件、耦合危险事件和系统危险事件3个层面分析系统安全性变化过程,提出可靠性与改进冲量过程的装备系统安全性分层耦合分析方法。在此基础上,构建基于互信息和改进冲量过程模型(IPPM)的装备系统危险因子网络更新模型和求解算法。最后,以某型飞机刹车控制系统为例,验证模型的有效性。结果表明,刹车系统事故危险因素关联关系具有网络化特征,且实体危险的耦合变化对系统危险曲线有显著影响。
Aiming at depicting the emergence process of materiel system accident accurately, its hazard was divided into hazardous fault, hazard attribute and fatal environment based on the relationship of reliability and safety. The change process of materiel system safety factors was analysed from hierarchies of entity hazard, coupling hazard and system hazard, and a hierarchy & coupling analysis method based on reliability & IPPM was worked out. On the basis of this, a model and an algorithm for hazard factors net- work analysis were established based on mutual informal and IPPM. Finally, an applied case of a certain type of battle plane brake control system was used to comform validity of the model. The case shows that correlation relationship of hazard factors in system has a character of network, and that coupling change of entity hazard factors affects remarkably the system hazard curve.
