摘要
为构建复杂系统事故致因网络层次结构模型,提出将同类组元映射为事故致因因素。提取复杂系统一般性的安全事故致因因素,并采用改进的决策试验与评价实验室(DEMATEL)算法对这些因素进行结构化处理。在案例分析中,基于上述算法确定影响空军某团飞行安全的关键致因因素,考虑不同阈值λ下可达矩阵中致因因素的度分布,基于驱动力方法构建该团事故致因因素递阶层次结构和致因网络模型,并提出事故预防建议。研究结果表明,事故致因因素间存在层次结构和复杂的关联关系,约束本质致因中的原因因素可获得更大的安全事故预防效益。
In order to build the complex system accident causation hierachial structure model, a new tactics was worked out for mapping a set of elements onto an accident causation factor. A complex system's safety accident causation factors at large were extracted. Structured treatment of the factors was made using the DEMATEL algorithm ameliorated by the author. In case study, bey flying safety accident causation faetors for a certain air force corps of China were identified. Considered the causation factor node degree dis- tribution under different threshold λ in reachable matrix, the causation factors hierachial structure and safety accident complex causation network based on drive force method were offered. Some pieces of advice on preventing flying safety accident were given.
