摘要
从酿造砖曲中通过富集培养分离到一系列真菌单菌落,利用纤维二糖固体分离平板初筛、发酵产酶复筛,得到一株高产β-葡萄糖苷酶真菌菌株R16,根据该菌落形态学观察和分子生物学18S rDNA基因序列分析,将该菌株初步鉴定为黑曲霉菌。
A series of single fimgal colonies were isolated by enrichment culture method from brewing koji. The strain R16 with higher β-glucosidase production was obtained through the first screening with cellobiose as sole carbon source medium plate and the second screening with shake flash fermentation. By observation of colony morphology and 18S rDNA sequence analysis, the strain R16 was preliminary identified as Aspergillus niger.
