摘要
以无花果曲霉Y2为出发菌株,经过紫外、亚硝基胍和 Co60等诱变处理,获得一株产β-葡萄糖苷酶相对较高的菌株N-9;再通过对培养基组成条件和培养发酵条件进行优化,以优化后的条件进行液态发酵,产酶活力稳定在8.5U/mL左右,是原出发菌株的2.1倍。
An Aspergillus ficuum strain producing β-glucosidase was obtained after the treatment of UV,NTG and Co~ 60 ,and the enzyme activity was increased. The culture medium and fermentation conditions were also optimized,and the productivity of the mutant N-9 in liquid state fermentation was increased by 2.1 fold, with the activity of 8.5U/mL.
