摘要
目的:分析苏州大学附属常熟医院中药注射剂应用情况,为临床合理用药和提高药品管理水平提供参考。方法:对2007—2010年我院中药注射剂的种类、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:中药注射剂销售金额4年内占总销售金额的百分比分别为3.10%、4.48%、4.85%、5.09%,销售金额在2007—2010年有逐年上升趋势。心脑血管类中药注射剂在品种、金额及DDDs方面4年来居首位,抗肿瘤类次之。单品种销售金额列前3位的是疏血通、醒脑静和血必净注射液;单品种DDDs列前3位的是热毒宁、疏血通和血栓通注射剂。结论:中药注射剂在我院临床应用较广、结构基本合理,但仍应重视其安全性、有效性,合理应用。
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the utilization of Chinese herbal injections（TCMI） in Soochow University Affiliated Changshu Hospital so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use and improvement of drug control.METHODS：The categories,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC of Chinese herbal injections used in our hospital during the period 2007-2010 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS：With regard to consumption sum,the Chinese herbal injections used in our hospital from 2007 to 2010 represented 3.10%,4.48%,4.85% and 5.09%,respectively of the total,showing a rising tendency.Over the 4 years,the Chinese herbal injections for cardio-cerebral-vascular system took the lead in terms of number of varieties,consumption sum and DDDs,followed by antitumor drugs.The top three Chinese herbal injections on the consumption sum list were Shuxuetong,Xingnaojing and Xuebijing injections.The top three Chinese herbal injections on the list of DDDs were Reduning,Shuxuetong and Xueshuantong injections.CONCLUSION：Chinese herbal injections have been widely used in our hospital.The utilization structure of which was reasonable basically.But great importance should still be attached to their safe,effective and rational use.
