2007年至2010年我院住院部麻醉药品使用情况分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的分析医院麻醉药品使用情况,促进合理用药。方法采集2007年至2010年住院部计算机管理系统麻醉药品使用数据,采用用药频度分析法对10种麻醉药品进行统计分析。结果麻醉药品用药金额逐年递增,使用品种趋向多样化。近两年舒芬太尼、芬太尼、吗啡分别居用药频率前3位,主要用于术中及术后镇痛,吗啡制剂已取代哌替啶注射液成为临床缓解肿瘤疼痛之首选。结论该院麻醉药品应用基本合理,但仍有待于逐步完善,更趋合理。
