摘要
研究氨氮对于鲤鱼养殖中的淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性的影响并探讨其机理。选取健康均匀的黄河鲤分为4组,设置氨氮浓度分别为0.071、0.143、0.284mg/L的3个试验组和1个对照组对黄河鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)幼鱼进行毒性试验,试验处理14d后取样测定氨氮对鲤鱼肠道和肝胰脏淀粉酶活性影响。低剂量的氨氮提高了肠道和肝胰脏淀粉酶的活性,而对于脂肪酶影响效果不显著。
The trial was conducted with healthy carps to study the effect of ammonia on the amylase and li- pase activity of intestine and liver-pancreas. 0. 071,0. 143,0. 284 and 0. 427 mg/L, three ammonia levels with one control group were set to healthy Cyprinus carpio for research. After 14 d, low dose concentration ammonia increased amylase activity of intestine and liver-pancreas significantly.
