摘要
为评价饲料中添加茵陈、黄芩、白术制成的复方中草药对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)血液生理生化指标的影响,试验在基础饲料中分别添加0、1%、2%、3%和4%的复方中草药连续投喂黄颡鱼14 d,测定黄颡鱼血液红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、补体C3含量及淋巴细胞百分比,测定血清超氧化物歧化酶、溶菌酶、酸性磷酸酶活性。结果表明:以摄食基础饲料的黄颡鱼为对照,摄食复方中草药添加量为1%~4%的黄颡鱼血液红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白及补体C3分别增加20.18%~43.12%(P<0.05)、15.67%~31.17%(P<0.05)、6.94%~24.21%(P<0.05)和24.13%~62.07%(P<0.05);复方中草药添加量为2%~4%的黄颡鱼血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白及淋巴细胞百分比分别增加13.04%~17.48%(P<0.05)、23.34%~33.81%(P<0.05)、13.84%~22.03%(P<0.05)和3.45%~6.30%(P<0.05);复方中草药添加量为1%~4%的黄颡鱼血清溶菌酶、超氧化物歧化酶、酸性磷酸酶活性分别提高4.50%~13.53%(P<0.05)、12.96%~31.94%(P<0.05)和13.68%~26.77%(P<0.05)。研究证实在饲料中添加复方中草药改善了黄颡鱼的生理生化机能,且2%添加量的效果最佳。
In order to evaluate the effects of the compound Chinese herbs made by adding Artemisia capil-laris,Scutellaria baicalensis and Atractylodes macrocephala koidz to the feed on the physiological and bio-chemical indexes of blood of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,in the present experiment,the compound Chinese herbs were added to the basal feed by 0,1%,2%,3%and 4%respectively for continuous feeding to the Pel-teobagrus fulvidraco for 14 d,to determine the contents of red blood cells,white blood cells,hemoglobin,total protein,albumin,globulin,complement C3 and the percentage of lymphocyte in the blood of Pseudo-bagrus fulvidraco,serum superoxide dismutase,lysozyme,acid phosphatase activity.The results showed that Pseudobagrus fulvidraco fed on 1%-4%the compound Chinese herbs,the percentage of red blood cells,white blood cells,hemoglobin and complement C3 increased by 20.18%-43.12%(P<0.05),15.67%-31.17%(P<0.05),6.94%-24.21%(P<0.05)and 24.13%-62.07%(P<0.05),respectively.2%-4%of Pelteobagrus ful-vidraco serum total protein,albumin,globulin and lymphocyte increased by 13.04%-17.48%(P<0.05),23.34%-33.81%(P<0.05),13.84%-22.03%(P<0.05)and 3.45%-6.30%(P<0.05),respectively,and the activities of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco serum lysozyme,superoxide dismutase,and acid phos-phatase,increased by 4.50%-13.53%(P<0.05),12.96%-31.94%(P<0.05)and 13.68%-26.77%(P<0.05)respectively,when fed on 1%-4%com-pound Chinese herb.The study confirmed that the addition of compound Chinese herbs to the feed improved the physiological and biochemical functions of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco and the best effect was achieved with 2%addition.
