摘要
1 2只装有胰腺—十二指肠长久性瘘管的成年鹅 ,圈养 ,夜间 (2 0∶0 0~ 8∶0 0 )禁食 ,随意饮水。实验采用前后自身对照 ,试验期在日粮中一次性添加半胱胺 (1 0 0mg/kg·BW) ,连续计量 3d对照期和 8d试验期胰液分泌速率并测定其中胰蛋白酶活性。添加半胱胺后 :①胰液连续 7d的分泌速率均极显著高于对照期 ,幅度为 71 2 8%~399 77% ,其中白天升高了 40 80 %~ 456 0 9% ,夜间升高了 1 4 3 74%~ 31 1 42 % ;②第 3d起单位容积胰蛋白酶的活性较对照期极显著升高 ,且变化幅度具有昼夜的差别 ,白天从第 3d、夜间从第 5d显著高于对照 ;③半胱胺使每小时胰液中的胰蛋白酶活性显著升高 ,且白天增加的幅度较夜间大。以上结果提示 :半胱胺能促进鹅胰液的分泌 ,增加胰蛋白酶的分泌总量 ,由此提高了鹅对饲料蛋白质的消化能力 ,以适应机体快速生长时的营养需求。
Twelve adult crosssbred (Sichuan White×Tai Lake) geese were fitted chonic pancreatic and duodenal cannulas.The birds were fed in daytime (8∶00~20∶00) ad libitum ,whereas fasted in nighttime.The experiment was consist of control and treated phase.CS (Cysteamine) was added in the diet at the dosage of 100 mg/kg·BW on the first day of treated phase.The pancreatic juice samples were collected continuously for three control days and eight treated days.The results showed that:①CS increased the average rate of pancreatic secretion by 71 28%~399 77%( P <0 01),in which that of daytime was elevated by 48 80%~456 09% ( P <0 01),while that of nighttime elevated by 143 74%~311 42% ( P <0 01).The sceretion volume at daytime was more than that at night.②CS increased trypsin activity significantly (P<0 01) since day 3,in which since day 3 in daytime and day 5 in nighttime were higher than that of control.③The total activity of trypsin per hour were higher than that of control since day 1. These results indicate that CS can affect the pancreatic juice secretion and trypsin activity by depleting the somatostatin,so that benefits to improve the digestive function and supply more nutrition for quickly growing in geese.
