摘要
本文对松籽的几何特性进行了研究,建立了统一的几何模型。根据松籽脱壳前受力及变形状态,建立了松籽力学模型。通过分析确定了受力状态下松籽外壳可能断裂的方位,从理论上推得松籽崩壳的主要方式。为松籽脱壳机研究提供了依据。
In this paper, the geometric character of pine-nut
was studied and an unified geometric-model is finded, and
then it's mechanic-model is finded according to the forcing
-forming statement whem pine-nut breaks. The possible
breaking direction-position of the shell forced obtained and
the main ways whuch the shell will break is infered in theory.
so that this paper provide the basis for the research of
pine-nut sheller.
